Chinese Recipe : Easy Chicken in Plum Sauce

Ingredients:
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 6 chicken breast halves, skinned
- 1 (16 oz.) can Chinese plum
- Salt and pepper
Directions:
- Dot the bottom of a 13 x 9 inch baking dish with butter.
- Place the chicken breasts, bone side down, in baking dish and spoon plum sauce over all. Bake, basting frequently, at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes or until chicken is tender. Add salt and pepper to taste.
