Chinese Recipe : Mandarin Roast Pork

The use of Mandarin orange makes this easy recipe refreshing!
Serves 6
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. boneless top loin roast
- 1/4 cup orange marmalade
- 1 8-oz. can Mandarin oranges, drained
Directions:
- Place roast in shallow pan, coat with marmalade and place in preheated 325ºF oven.
- Roast until meat thermometer reads 155-160ºF. Let roast rest 5-10 minutes before slicing. Garnish servings with mandarin oranges.
