Chinese Recipe : Chinese Barbequed Pork

Pork tenderloin and ketchup make the main ingredients. Roasted in oven. Great for a snack or in sandwiches.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. pork tenderloin
- 1/2 tsp. MSG (optional)
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tbsp. ketchup
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- Sesame seeds, toasted
- Chinese Hot mustard
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients except pork, sesame seeds and mustard together. Slice pork into 2 strips and marinate for at least 3 hours in sauce, turning frequently.
- Drain and place in a roasting pan with rack and place in oven. Roast at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes, turning every 10 minutes.
- Slice into 1/4 inch thick pieces and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds. Hot mustard or soy sauce dip are optional.
