Chinese Recipe - Chinese Barbecued Pork 2

This oven-bake recipe uses pork tenderloin and Hoisin sauce
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp. Hoisin sauce
- 4 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. dry sherry
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. red food coloring (optional)
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 pork tenderloins
- Chinese hot mustard
- Toasted sesame seeds
Directions:
- Mix Hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sherry, salt, red food coloring, and sugar in a flat glass dish. Place pork tenderloins in the sauce and turn over several times to coat meat.
- Cover dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight, turning several times, in the sauce.
- Place marinated tenderloins on a rack in a foil lined baking pan and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 25 minutes on each side. Baste occasionally with marinade.
- Remove, cool and slice meat crosswise into thin slices and serve with hot mustard and toasted sesame seeds for dipping.
