Chinese Recipe : Fish with Bean Curd
Ingredients:
A:
1 lb fish, cut into bite-size pieces
5 tbsp oil
1 tbsp wine
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 stalk leek, diced
3 slices ginger
B:
2 cakes bean curd, cut into 1-inch squares
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp wine
½ tsp salt
Dash of MSG
5 small red peppers or a few drops of Tabasco
Directions:
Clean and scale fish, wash and wipe. Cut into bite-size pieces.
Heat 5 tbsp oil and fry fish.
Add remainder of A ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add bean curd and other B ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
