Chinese Recipe : Fried Shredded Beef and Potatoes

Ingredients:
- ½ lb beef, shredded
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- ½ lb potatoes, shredded
- ½ stalk leek, shredded
- 6 tbsp oil
Seasonings:
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp MSG
Directions:
- Boil shredded potatoes until barely tender; then drain.
- Dredge shredded beef with 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tsp cornstarch.
- Heat 6 tbsp oil and fry beef and leek. When beef changes color, add potatoes and stir well.
- Add seasonings, stir well, and serve hot.
