Chinese Recipe : Fried Shredded Beef with Onions

Ingredients:
- ½ lbs beef, shredded
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 dry onions, shredded
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Dash black pepper
- 6 tbsp oil
Directions:
- Shred beef and dredge with 1 tsp cornstarch and 1 tbsp soy sauce.
- Shred onions, or cut into half rings.
- Heat 2 tbsps oil and fry onions, adding salt. Remove to a plate.
- Heat remaining 4 tbsp oil. Pour sesame oil over shredded beef and fry. When meat changes color, add onions, 1 tbsp soy sauce, and dash pepper, stirring briskly. Serve hot.
